The Vicknair family has been helping the sprits to cross
over for generations, ever since the first Vicknair
arrived in Louisiana the family has been mediums. When
Adeline Vicknair assigns one of her grandchildren to a
spirit she expects her summons to be dealt with
immediately, for although she may be dead, no one alive
wants to face grandmother’s temper.
At least most don’t, however Monique Vicknair tries to
put off going home when she is summoned as long as
possible, especially when she is determined to have the
mind blowing sex her late grandmother seems to have put
a stop to in the last six months. But, on the night she
is preparing to get all she wants, the burning begins,
reminding Monique that grandmother will not wait any
longer for her to accept her assignment.
Monique’s assignment is the ghost of Ryan Chappelle, a
spirit she has to help learn to love before he can
crossover. Although just looking at him has Monique
thinking of the things she would like to be doing to
him, there is that one itsy bitsy rule that can’t be
broken, while helping a spirit, no touching.
Ryan is determined not to cross, he likes living in the
middle, that is until he meets Monique, the one woman he
truly wants and can’t resist, but he can’t touch her or
have her. Ryan’s solution is since he knows he will
never fall in love he will just have brain sex with
Monique never realizing exactly what it would mean to
them both.
KISS AND DWELL is an exciting, sinfully sexy story that
will have a reader's mind on one thing, “What is going
to happen next.” Ms St. John has started one blazing
trilogy that fans will not want to miss. This reviewer
can hardly wait for the next book GHOSTS and ROSES
coming in July.Reviewed by Tangela
