Paranormal Romance
Zoe, the daughter of Zeus and a Muse of Beauty, is
one of three sisters sent to earth by the King of Gods.
Zoe has been given one year to inspire mortals and prove
her worth to Mount Olympus, and has only one rule: Do
NOT fall in love. Zoe is determined to win Zeus’ favor.
With her new job as a freelance department store window
decorator, Zoe is a fabulous interior designer. She
furthers her career by volunteering to help out newly
divorced women achieve the fashion styles they desire in
order to land the job that they need. Surely, with all
this work, Zoe will convince her father of her necessity
in the world.
But when Theo Maragos, an incredibly handsome but
scruffy computer geek, comes to seek her advice and
offers her employment, it seems like icing on the cake.
Theo is the CEO of an up and coming computer company.
Designing his loft for a magazine spread, and being
allowed full control over Theo’s wardrobe is a dream
come true. And the exposure garnered by the magazine
photos will undoubtedly convince Zeus to spare her any
punishment. Now if only Theo wasn’t so attractive, and
she didn’t like him so much. Why does it suddenly not
seem so exciting to return home?
I really loved this story. I loved the creativity of the
author in coming up with a plot that involves Greek
history and modern romance. I loved that the minor
characters were still fleshed out and likable, and that
their stories were also told. I loved the humor and the
wit of all the characters. This was just a completely
relaxing and enjoyable read, and this is a book I will
certainly read again.
