Fans of Gennita Low can finally take a breath, sit back,
and enjoy an exciting new read that is the beginning to
an engaging and exhilarating trilogy that is sure to
leave readers breathless, and on the edge of their
seats.
Helen Roston, known by her friends and co-workers as
Hell, has always been dangerous. Now however, she may
just be the most dangerous woman the world has ever
known. For the last couple of years she has trained to
become what is being termed a “super soldier spy”.
Nearing the final phase of her training, she will need
to have her mind linked to her trainer otherwise known
as her monitor, a person she still doesn’t know the real
identity of. She will also need to take an experimental
serum. No one is sure just what the side affects will
be. What she doesn’t expect are the feelings her unknown
monitor inspires. Is it the image or the man behind the
image that is turning her on?
Hell’s biggest battle may be ahead as her final test is
a challenge designed by other agencies sure that are she
will fail. Add in the unknown side effects of the serum,
strange feelings that she’s not sure are real, a mystery
monitor she wants to know the identity of, a whole group
of COS commandos depending on her, and Hell has her
hands full. But she’s determined to do whatever it takes
to complete whatever missions they send her way. Even if
it means she will have to give up the one thing she
promised never to, control. Will she be able to put her
faith, trust, and possibly her life into the hands of
someone she doesn’t know? Are her feelings real or only
part of the new program she’s found herself taking part
in?
VIRTUALLY HIS is a hard story to describe without fear
of giving readers a spoiler. This is a new direction for
Ms. Low to take, one that will leave readers eager for
more while enjoying visits with characters we’ve come to
love in previous stories. The characters are fresh while
at the same time feeling like old friends. The story is
thrilling, fast paced and full of action, sensuality,
and direction in terms of military operations. Ms. Low
has written in Hell, a character that is both strong and
vulnerable with faults and yet so realistically
believable. VIRTUALLY HIS has strong alpha males that
will leave readers eager to learn more about each of
them.
Ms. Low has the ability to write from the male point of
view so convincingly that you can’t help but love these
guys, no matter what. This is one series and story I
highly recommend. I know some readers may question the
sci-fi quality of virtual reality, but I’d advise
readers to add VIRTUALLY HIS to their reading lists, and
let the story and characters decide for you. I can
hardly wait for VIRTUALLY HERS (scheduled to be released
August 2007) the continuation of this great series. I
highly recommend VIRTUALLY HIS to all fans of great
characters, high drama, strong sensuality, and lots of
