FOR YOUR LOVE continues the story of Ms. Sims book, A SECOND CHANCE AT LOVE. Archaeologist Solange DuPree has decided to follow her friends to Ethiopia to rescue their daughter and hopes that she will have the opportunity to get to know Rupert Giles better, a guy she met while helping the Shaws.  Since they will be in a foreign country, away from their daily routine, Solange and Rupert agree to take their time getting to know each other to see if the attraction they felt in Miami will develop into something lasting.

As they begin their adventure in Ethiopia, Solange befriends an orphan that tries to steal from her and offers him a job as their tour guide.  Of course having a third wheel joining them is not exactly how Rupert would have planned their time together, but he understands that Solange has a heart of gold and feels compelled to reach out to help someone that seems to have no one else to count on.  Rupert takes his time in showing Solange that they can have a future together as he romances her into trusting him with her heart.  The only problem is that after they share their feelings concerning their families and future plans for their lives, Solange has a secret that she refuses to share with Rupert for fear that what they have will end.

Just as Solange decides to leave Rupert’s life, she is abducted and neither of them knows why someone would want her.  As Rupert prepares his rescue attempt, more secrets are revealed which causes changes in both of their lives.  While they struggle to understand the circumstances that have lead them to this point, they also must decide if their love is strong enough to last a life time.

This is a book that you will enjoy if you want to curl up and get lost in a story of romance, surprises, and a little suspense as Ms. Sims gives you an incite into the world of history through Ethiopian culture and very likeable characters.
