THE
GREEK'S CHRISTMAS BABY
Lucy Monroe
Harlequin Presents #2506
December, 2005
ISBN 0-373-12506-2
Category Romance
After
an auto accident, Aristide Kouros doesn't remember being married
to
Eden, though he remembers everything else, even their ten-month
old son.
They'd been together in the car, arguing over Aristide's
Personal
Assistant, Kassandra. Sick of it all, unsure of Kassandra's
continuing
role in her husband's life, Eden had demanded a divorce. Also
slightly
hurt in the accident, Eden can't get to her husband's bedside
before
Kassandra does her damage and paints Eden as the monster wife
that
Aristide doesn't want to remember. Now they're back home
together, no
longer sharing a bed...but soon Aristide can't resist his lovely
wife any
longer. Aristide begins to see that the woman he's living with
isn't the
monster Kassandra insists he's married to...perhaps he's been at
fault
for some things that had gone wrong between them...can he and
Eden save
their marriage and family?
THE GREEK'S CHRISTMAS BABY is an exceptional and thoroughly
enjoyable
amnesia story. Amnesia's a plot device often used in category
romance that
I haven't always been fond of, yet Lucy Monroe makes Aristide's
partial
memory loss and his behavior while under its influence totally
believable.
THE GREEK'S CHRISTMAS BABY is also a superb marriage in jeopardy
story,
probably my favorite category romance plot. How Eden and
Aristide work
things out is a sheer joy to read! There's also the delight of
Ms.
Monroe's love scenes, emotional and very very sensual. You'll
want to add
this Presents to your Christmas list! |
