But Bob does not turn out to be much help in fighting off ex-lovers as Tristan pulls out all the stops and makes Gayle his, again. Thing is, this time he is not planning to let her go.

 

Alison Kent has a way with alpha males, and Jax Stacey is no exception. This man is out to prove to his girlfriend, Sara Wade; that he loves her and marriage will not change that. Having turned down his marriage proposal before, she is now ready to put her fear behind her and give all of herself to her man. We get the old switcheroo in Sister Switch by Susanna Carr. Only the bad twin would ask her sister to switch places on the night of her wedding rehearsal right? Tracy's marriage was to be a business merger, not a romantic love match. That is why on the eve of the big event, she rushes off to try to take what control she can, by negotiating a better deal. Unfortunately, her plan does not go quite the way she had hoped. The next day, while trying to switch back with her sister, Jessica, she gets caught by the best man. That best man just happens to be the one man that makes her blood boil in the most scrumptious way. Nick is sees right through Tracy's game and sets out to teach her lesson. His plan involves seduction and proof that she is his woman and he intends to keep her that way.

 

In Spenser For…Ever, Morgan Leigh brings us the tale of unrequited love. The local boy and the summer girl were the best of friends during the time she was in residence on the island. Just before their relationship moved to the next stage, events occurred that changed their young lives drastically. Now, they finally have the chance to make it right, if only they let go of the past.
