Saraid dreamed again of the same man.  She never saw his face but he felt so familiar to her.  All she knew was that she craved him like the air and water she breathed.  Dreams like this were not unusual for “gifted” people like Saraid, especially here in Ancient Ireland.  Saraid could also communicate with the dead.  So, when a spry old woman who spoke in a strange manner and wore strange clothing appeared, including bright white shoes of some sort, Saraid wasn’t completely shocked.  As Saraid listened to this old woman and her tales of what was to come and the destiny that was to be fulfilled, confusion set in. 

Somehow, Rory is transported back into time, right into the nightly dream he had been having.  There before him is the woman of his dreams.  Saraid is shocked to see two of the same man in front of her…how could that be?  Mystery and danger unfold and lives of many will change.  Can Saraid trust Rory even though he has the same face as the bloodletter she had been forced to marry?

Erin Quinn is a new author to me and this book, HAUNTING WARRIOR was an enthralling read.  Her mélange of paranormal, time travel and romance is outstanding!  Both the hero and heroine are strong yet also delicate.  There are many twists and turns that add to this captivating story.  So if you are ready for a multifaceted adventure, I recommend you grab a copy and settle down for an exciting journey!
