WOLF TALES
Kensington is putting out a new line of erotica books under the name "Aphrodisia". WOLF TALES by Kate Douglas is the first book I have read from this line and boy are we talking HOT HOT HOT! Burning hot! The be-careful-you-might-be-burned hot! Alexandria meets Stefan when her car crashes off of the road in a snowstorm. Almost frozen to death, Stefan saves her by sharing his body and sexual heat. The next morning when she awakens, she has been left near her car. But Stefan can not just leave her, and comes back for her. While Alexandria cannot forget the hottest night of sex in her life, is she ready for what she is going to find when Stefan’s car stops to pick her up? Making an attitude adjustment, Alexandria renames herself Xandi and embarks on a whole new life. Stefan was a magician who angered his mentor. Turned into a wolf, he has spent that last five years trying to regain his human visage. When he first encounters Xandi, he is still half wolf and can not believe that she would ever want him. What he does not realize is that Xandi loves him for what he is and ultimately what has been calling out to her. When these two go back to confront the master wizard Anton, they could never imagine the consequences of their actions. There is a lot going on in this book and to tell more would be to give away too much of the plot (as I fear I might have already). Let me stress the fact that WOLF TALES is not for the faint of heart. The book itself has the label: “WARNING! This is a really hot book”, and they are not joking around. Many taboos are present in this book, including M/M, F/F, and multiple partners, as well as a forced sex scene, and touches of bestiality. Now, before this scares the reader away, I must add that these scenes are incorporated in the story and fit the scenario that the author sets up. No two ways about it, this is erotica and touches on many of the fantasies or acts that one might dream about. Totally different from anything I have read, if you like erotica, then WOLF TALES and the new Aphrodisia line is a good place to look for a well written story.
