Rosemarie Edenberg may have once been Sleeping Beauty, but she has never experienced a fairy tale existence. She has spent the last hundred years trying to destroy the evil ogre tribes. Rose has two men in her life, Ambrose and a vampire by the name of Lord Gareth Shenley. Gareth has joined her in her fight against the ogres. But, he is totally unpredictable and a total rogue, and he also seems to have a few secrets up his sleeve. Yes she finds him attractive, but she has totally closed off her heart to men due to a traumatic past. Now the ogres are aligning together with one main goal, killing Rose. Rose will have to face her past in order to solve all the mysteries surrounding her or all may be lost.

NIGHT’S ROSE by Annaliese Evans combines the best of both worlds, fantasy and paranormal.  It is a strange twist to the old Sleeping Beauty fairy tale. I totally enjoyed the story and look forward to more from Ms. Evans.
