Ultimate Romance

This is the third installment of Lady Amelia Holbrook's quest to find her missing journal. Her niece Charlotte is close to becoming engaged and the last thing Amelia wants to do is endanger that match. She is a widow and has fully enjoyed her life since her husband's passing. Her journal discloses all the stories of her sexual exploits and conquests. Someone has been printing her stories in the gossip sheets and that must end before her niece gets hurt. In an effort to catch the culprit, Amelia asks her husband's cousin Grayson to help her.

Let me say that I have not read the first two installments of this story, and while I took pleasure in Amelia and Grayson's interlude, I think as a reader, you would be best off to read those other stories first. This is a couple whom I truly did enjoy reading their witty conversations and spicy sex, but found that this is a short forum to write this story. Red Sage publishing usually gravitates towards shorter erotic stories, but I think this one would have been better served as one longer story than three short installments.

Over all, I thought the writing well done and the characters lively and three dimensional. If you are looking for something to read in a short time (I finished this book in under an hour), then do not hesitate to pick this one up. I do suggest picking up book one and two first though.
